Return Policy

You can return or exchange product on www.wtmmart.com online store within 7 days from date of receiving the product from www.wtmmart.com

Simply you go on www.wtmmart.com website and login in your account.

1.  Click on the Order history and details section and select order.
2. Select product, quantities and write explanation of returning product send us Return request.

• You can also email us with your detail on care@wtmmart.com
• You can also call us on our customer care team for return/exchange product.
• You can directly ship on our office address.

Condition for return products.

All returned items should be unused and unwashed. Product should be returned with original packaging and tags in their proper place. If you received damages or defective product you notify us within 24 hour from time of delivery. You send us with photo of product with damages side on email care@wtmmart.com

if you not satisfied with product you request for return within 7 days of product delivered to you.

Refund will be done within 15 working days for product term final settlement.
